1. Pillar:
Adopting heavy duty square structure form, equipped rail slippery course in the front as the guidance of the movement in the power head. There is top pulley in the upper, used to make power head, reinforcing cage ups and downs.
2.Diagonal bracing
Its upper and lower parts splice with the pillar and platform, through hydraulic oil cylinder make diagonal bracing adjustable, realizing the starting work after mechanical crane tower 75 degree angle and the falling work after falling tower 15 degree angle. The screw thread can adjust the size of diagonal bracing, realizing the front and back, left and right of pillar adjustment.
3.Chassis
Hydraulic chain track chassis, high automaticity, with the foot mechanism and swing mechanism, to walk and turn 360
4.Control cabin
The control cabin adopts the thin slab structure. And all control push buttons and handles are placed on the control panel in the control cabin.
5.Hydraulic control system
Adopting four leg cylinders, two up tower oil cylinder and a walking oil cylinder to manipulate piling machine rotary, rising and falling tower and walk.
6.Electric control system
The electric control system controls operating modes of hoist, power head and main pump. |
